Love the hat. I was going for the ‘Appeal to heaven’ flag from the revolutionary war time, not realizing it’s the Maine flag too. Also saw a golfer at a course in Maryland wearing the same hat as me! Bizarre!

I bought two Maine hats, one was the 1901 Maine Flag Hat. The pine tree looks more like a white pine, the State tree, than the other tree depicted on other Maine flags and hats. I bought the sailor tree & anchor hat too. Both well made and high quality.

Your pine tree design is much more realistic to a true Maine White Pine than the others. I have worked, hunted and spent much of my 72 years in the Maine woods and appreciate the pine tree image that you produce.

These Legacy trucker hats fit great and look even better when you wash that tan color off of the mesh. After it’s washed the mesh is white which matches with the light blue.
