Love the hat. I was going for the ‘Appeal to heaven’ flag from the revolutionary war time, not realizing it’s the Maine flag too. Also saw a golfer at a course in Maryland wearing the same hat as me! Bizarre!

I bought two Maine hats, one was the 1901 Maine Flag Hat. The pine tree looks more like a white pine, the State tree, than the other tree depicted on other Maine flags and hats. I bought the sailor tree & anchor hat too. Both well made and high quality.
